David Brookes Biography

David Brookes is a specialist in the design and construction of buildings. He has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and has built up a wealth of knowledge which has proven beneficial to past and present clients.

David trained at Kennedy and Donkin Consulting Engineers in Surrey specialising in power stations and large civil engineering projects in the UK and overseas. He then spent ten years with a chartered architects practice working on commercial and industrial buildings ranging from offices and warehousing to film studios and hotels achieving Project Architect status and Associate of the Practice. A further five years experience was gained with a London based contractor as a Senior Surveyor and Project Manager involved in the construction of residential projects and buildings for the leisure industry.

In 1995 David Brookes started his own practice in Surrey/Middlesex providing clients with professional advice, creative ideas, technical expertise and an efficient, cost effective service.

David Brookes is professionally qualified and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT).
